hello,
you should try to eat healthy foods and drink a lot of water you should
drink plenty of water and do a lot of excersise anything from walking to
running twice a day! Very Happy trust me this does work i lost 10 stone in a
week !!! Very Happy so cut out all of the fatty foods and get running!!! |

hello,
you can lose weight in 3 mounths because i was 13:9 and i have dropes down to a size 12 in a matter of well weeks because i nave a slow matab and now i feel great i just eat salad everyday with a bit of protean in it like chicken and tuna fish and i lost about 5 stone in tow mounths but you cant eat anything els apart from that no chocolat or nothing and fight your gravings and you will soon see a differnce in your self
and i ws 13ibs 9stone and now i am 8lbs it not east at first but as you gett on with it it is very easy hope u follow annd have great results coz i did and do lots of exercise do it twice a day and every day
and you will soon see the difference in your cloths Very Happy  |

hello,
Don't take any pills, do any fad diets(like cleansing) or start doing a huge exercise routine. With those you'll lose weight, but it will come back and your body will be in worse health than before you started. The body needs to gradually get used to changes. Here's what you do: First, cut out as much sugar, caffeine, and alcohol as possible. Then, cut out as many starchy foods as you can (i.e pasta,rice,potatoes,white bread etc). These turn into sugar immediately and don't provide any long-term energy. Make sure your meals always have protein, especially breakfast and lunch. This will give you energy all day. Next, you need to gradually introduce more activity into your lifestyle. Start walking for 20 minutes every day after work. If you're up for it start running the next week. As you feel more energy introduce strength training. Cardio only burns calories as you exercise, but muscle burns calories all day long. Each lb. of muscle you gain equals 50 calories burned/day. You should think of weight loss in terms of permanently changing your eating habits and gradually increasing your activity levels. You will have so much more energy and be happier.
